OKDP household air conditioners
According to the All-Russian Classifier (OKDP), household air conditioners are indicated by code 2930274. Air coolers also appear under the same code.
This code refers to OKDP 2930270 - household electrical appliances for cooling and air purification.
In addition to OKDP household air conditioners, the section also contains:
- 2930273 - household air conditioners;
- 2930272 - electric air purifiers;
- 2930271 - electric fans.
Types of domestic air conditioners
According to the classification, there are two types of domestic air conditioners:
- monoblocks;
- split systems.
Split systems are in great demand. Each system consists of two parts - a compressor and a condenser on the street, an indoor evaporator. A cold path and an electric cable pass between them. The refrigerant pipes are filled with freon - refrigerant.
The difference between split systems in the structure of the internal module. There are wall, column, duct, floor-ceiling, cassette splits. Multisplit systems are also very common.
Monoblock devices are represented by two types of domestic air conditioners: mobile and ventilation systems.
Mobile air conditioners are fundamentally different in that they can be moved from one room to another. Their installation does not require the involvement of professionals.
Window or air conditioners are mounted directly in the window opening. They are inexpensive and easy to install; they mix air from the street. But quite noisy.
Characteristics of domestic air conditioners
Cooling power is the main characteristic of household air conditioners. They are guided by it when choosing equipment for servicing a given area.
Power consumption is a calculated indicator. It is 30% of the cooling capacity.
Noise level is one of the most important characteristics of household air conditioners. Especially when choosing equipment for a residential building. The indoor unit should emit from 24 to 36 decibels, the outdoor from 35 to 53 decibels.
Additional functions:
- Air heating. Most modern air conditioners are equipped with this option. But to use it in cold weather, you must purchase a winter kit;
- Ventilation. Only some models have split, window and duct air conditioners.
