The main objective of the contract for the maintenance of air conditioners is to determine the timing of certain works. It allows service centers to distribute seasonal workloads on staff.
The price of servicing an air conditioner depends on the power, type, quantity, and also the maintenance schedule.
The contract for maintenance of air conditioners is concluded with legal entities in the presence of three or more units of HVAC equipment.
Content of the contract
The contract, as a rule, consists of six sections:

- Details of the parties.
Subject of the contract
This section defines the term of the contract, the address at which the air conditioners are installed.
The list of HVAC equipment and the cost of maintenance of air conditioners are indicated in the Appendix to the Agreement.
Duties of the parties
The frequency and terms of technical work are determined as the obligations of the contractor.
Obligations of the customer are to provide workers with access to equipment, accept work and sign an acceptance certificate.
Claims process, deadlines for correcting deficiencies are detailed.
Settlement procedure
The price of maintenance of air conditioners is prescribed without VAT. Possibility and conditions for changing the amount.
Settlement procedure (cash or non-cash) and frequency of payment (after each visit, once every six months, once for the entire period).
Warranties and liability
Here, the contractor guarantees the functionality of the air conditioners for a certain time after service. The cases are not covered by the warranty:
- refusal by the customer to make repairs if necessary;
- damage due to improper use;
- damage caused by natural disasters.
The amount of late payment interest is determined.
Special conditions
Cancellation of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters).
Changing the terms of the contract in the event of force majeure.
Details and legal addresses
Addresses, wet seals and signatures of representatives of both parties.

The annex lists all types of climatic equipment to be serviced, their quantity, cold power, frequency and cost of maintaining the air conditioner, as well as the total amount for the contract period.
