Many technological processes and the operation of electronic equipment depend on the indoor microclimate. It is important not only to create the optimum temperature and provide ventilation, but also a given indicator of humidity.
Air conditioning systems for industrial premises
As a rule, air conditioning, ventilation and heating are simultaneously operating at the plants. However, sometimes only an air conditioner is sufficient for year-round creation of specified air parameters.
The most convenient and economical air conditioning system for industrial premises are autonomous aggregate systems. They consume less resources, are easily maintained. Modules are selected under the necessary conditions.
The air conditioning system of industrial premises is located indoors, and a heat removal unit is installed outside.
In some cases, warmed-up air intake is required directly from the equipment. Then the intake ducts are mounted under the ceiling, and the supply air ducts, which supply cold air, are installed in the floor.
Office air conditioning systems
There are many options for air conditioning in offices:
- Wall split system (for rooms up to 70 sq. meters). It takes up little space, is inexpensive, quickly installs and copes with functions perfectly. But only one room can serve;
- Cassette Split System (for rooms up to 150 sq. meters). Invisible in the room, creates a comfortable movement of air from top to bottom without drafts. It is installed only on false ceilings;
- Channel system. Good for air conditioning in large areas, several rooms. Provides air flow from the street. But it is necessary to stretch the ducts;
- Multisplit. Up to nine different internal types are connected to one external unit. It consumes less electricity than several splits. But it is difficult to calculate and establish;
- Multizone system indoor air conditioning is ideal with a large number of rooms or one huge hall.
Air conditioning systems server
The accuracy of maintaining the temperature in the server room is 2 degrees Celsius, the accuracy of maintaining humidity is 1%. Large heat gain from the equipment complicates the task. And the danger of shutdown forces you to install a backup air conditioning system. For server maintenance, precision air conditioners are installed, the operation of which is controlled remotely. When a fire alarm is triggered, the air conditioning system of the production room is turned off. All year round ventilation and filtered air from the street are provided. In winter, it warms up.
