The last highlighted red sign indicates fractions of kilowatts, which are not taken into account when taking readings. To get the correct information, the user will need to rewrite all the numbers to the left of the comma. The written-off number indicates the total consumption of electrical energy for the entire time that this meter has been used. Thus, for versions S6 and R5 of the CE-102 counter, only 5 digits should be fixed, and for model S10 - 6.

To get the final value, the user will have to subtract the readings taken last month from the previously recorded digits. This difference will correspond to the amount of consumed electricity for the reporting period. To get the result in monetary terms, you need to multiply the readings by the rate at the rate of 1 kilowatt established for this region. For a two-tariff device, the procedure will be somewhat more complicated. In this case, you need to record the readings for night and day time separately. To get the final result, you need to multiply the captured data by “your” tariff, and then add up the two calculated values.
