  3. Fine cleaning with an ion-carbon filter. At this stage, odors, residual chlorine and volatile substances of an organic nature are removed, since they could remain after passing through the first stages of purification. All this has a positive effect on the taste of water.
  4. The use of a hygienic filter. It contains silver, which prevents the growth of microorganisms in the liquid after cleansing.
  5. Using a coconut filter that improves the taste of water.

After such a water treatment, the liquid becomes almost distilled. It is clean, tastes good, but for the good of the body it needs to go through the mineralizer. This is a special cartridge, which is filled with a complex filler with mineral salts and useful components, used to restore the qualitative composition of the liquid.

The mineralizer filler also contains calcium, which is required by the human body for the normal functioning of the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems, and magnesium - to prevent cancer, sclerosis, and the appearance of kidney stones.

Mineralizer is the last step through which fluid passes before consumption. It also corrects the pH level of water to human standards.

  3. Remove the flask of the first cleaning stage. It is quite easy to unscrew using a key of the appropriate size.
  4. Remove a clogged cartridge from the flask for disposal. Wash the inside of the flask with warm water and citric acid or vinegar.
  5. Remove the new cartridge from its packaging, place it in the flask, and reinstall the case in its original place without using a key.
    This allows you to maintain the integrity of the plastic and joints.

Before you put the case back in place, you need to check the presence and condition of the o-ring, which protects the body connection from leaks. Twist or wear is unacceptable.

Further, according to a similar scheme, the remaining two steps are changed. To avoid particles of a carbon cartridge entering the system, it must be flushed before installation.

About once every three years, it is also necessary to replace the membrane. It is installed in the housing with O-rings inward until it stops. Then, the already used diaphragm is removed from the network together with the housing, before this, disconnecting the supply hoses from it. Connecting fittings from the old part are connected to the new one. After that, install the element in the system, connect the hoses as well as on the old case.

If the cover does not close, you can remove the clip holder. Dismantling the fasteners does not affect the filter performance and allows you to compensate for the difference in overall dimensions.
