Vibration in a heating system with electric boiler

In a private house, an electric boiler was installed in the heating system with three tens of 3 kW each, and an electric pump was also installed. In the first days of 10-15 everything was fine, but then the vibration from the electric boiler began to appear and go through the entire heating system. Now this vibration is almost always, periodically disappearing and appearing, and it does not depend on the ten to be included. The question is why this could happen ??

There are several quite familiar explanations for this phenomenon:

  • the boiler has gone through the running-in period and now needs final tuning for your system;
  • vibration is also often transmitted precisely because of the coolant. There may be unnecessary air in the system that needs to be vented.
