The room temperature during heating does not reach the norm, what should I do?

I live in a two-story 18-apartment building. at the entrance to the heating there is a meter for the whole house. the heating system is arranged in such a way that in apartments located in the center on the 1st floor the temperature is on average 28 degrees. and in the rest it is below the norm or barely below the norm. In some apartments, people are forced to drain water into the sewers in order to maintain heat. And we pay more than the norm due to improper functioning of the heating system. Representatives of the management company carry out an inspection only when the temperature rises. But even if I have 20 degrees in my apartment, and my neighbors have 28 degrees, is that normal? After all, we pay in proportion to the area. where to go and how to argue? thank.

Of course this is not the case. There are several options:

  • the house is too old and the heating system inside is rusty. In this case, replacing the batteries and pipes of the system helps;
  • to deal with this issue personally, with the involvement of an independent assessment and examination. Already with these data, send official complaints and inquiries to the Criminal Code, and if they are inactive, then to the court. Any lawyer or expert will help you to argue right on the spot, it is impossible to remotely do this.

Keep in mind that by pouring water into the sewer, you do not solve the problem, but only pay even more.
