  • laying only dry wood, which eliminates the formation of soot or condensate;
  • filling pellets through the burner hole;
  • the chimney warms up in an intensive mode;
  • smoldering takes up no more than 70-85% of the total fuel combustion time;
  • installation of a firebox with a replaceable protective pad - burnout is excluded;
  • mandatory installation of the chimney with a latch-flap.

The operation of the unit on coal fuel is unacceptable.

Design

The external design is concise, which is suitable for the design of any room. The all-welded metal casing is coated with a dark gray powder paint that is resistant to temperature effects. The shutter is stretched vertically for easy folding fuel. At the bottom of the furnace compartment is a metal sheet that prevents burnout. For additional tightness, the contour of the door and ash pan is decorated with a heat-resistant cord.

Heat flow

Due to the protrusions of the ribs, soft thermal radiation is obtained, and not hot heat. Compared to versions without shielding, the entire room is heated, and not just the hot zone. Infrared and thermal radiation are equal in equal proportions, so the air near the oven does not burn the skin. Fattened slotted convectors on the body contribute to the uniform distribution of heated air masses through longitudinal sections.

Firebox volume

The firebox is the same for the entire Teplofora product line - 35 liters. The dimensions of the opening are 15x30 cm, which is enough for firewood from 30 to 35 cm in length.

Combustion rate control

Due to the tightness of the ash pan and the sash, air intake practically does not occur. To adjust the intensity of combustion, a gate under the door and an ash pan are used. It is possible to reduce the combustion rate by blocking the gate of the chimney stack. The draft decreases, and the burning intensity decreases.

In the closed position of the slide gate, a gap of 25% of the diameter of the chimney remains, this is enough for a high-quality exhaust of carbon monoxide.

Fire-Battery is characterized by two types of chimney direction - upper and lower.The user should pay attention to the following points:

  • The pipe is brought up. Condensation and soot particles get inside the firebox. When they burn, a cork is formed, which is removed only after disassembling and cleaning the chimney.
  • The pipe is brought down. Raising up is carried out using a tee with a container for collecting condensate at the bottom. Preventive cleaning is performed through the tap.

To normalize the draft section of the chimney should be equal to the output or slightly increased.

Fuel chamber protection

The stove is operated on average 5-7 years. At the end of this period, the burning of the furnace is possible. Replaceable protective plates extend the life of the unit. Owners will need to bend the clamps with a screwdriver, put a new metal sheet and bend the elements back.

Technical specifications

The nuances of selecting a stove Fire Battery

The Fire-Battery series stove is available in two trim levels - Standard and Light. The last line is budgetary and differs from the standard one by the absence of cooking rings, a direct chimney, a continuous sash. Modification is made without an ash pan, grates, rear and front convector elements. For this reason, the Light series is suitable for installation in garages and workshops, and the Standard is suitable for residential premises.

Models with an integrated heat exchanger can be connected to the domestic hot water system and water heating. The manufacturer's instructions contain information on compliance with safety rules:

  • the heater is not installed near explosive objects and products;
  • it is impossible to kindle the unit with kerosene and gasoline;
  • it is necessary to alternate the regime of intense combustion with decay;
  • It is forbidden to leave a working stove at night.

Embedding a water jacket in the heating system is carried out using 1-2 radiators.

Equipped with a cast-iron top burner for cooking, fueling and cleaning. A stainless steel was used to make the heat exchanger. Heat enters through slotted converters, the furnace is spacious, 55.5 cm deep, the combustion modes are regulated. The stove is suitable for rooms of 100 m3, it has a power of 6 kW. The chimney has an upper and lower direction.

Fire-Battery 11 for heating a large room

The unit is connected depending on the configuration of the room - front or rear. The glass partition of Fire-Battery-7 is not exposed to high temperature. The burner is made in the form of cast-iron circles, grid-irons of cast iron. OB-7 is the only modification with a pyrolysis gas afterburning system. Suitable for rooms up to 150 m3, it has a power of 10 kW and a furnace depth of 68 cm.

Model with 9 fins of slotted radiators on each side. Designed for heating buildings up to 200 m3, up to 2 radiators are connected to the stainless product tank with marker B. The power of the device is 13 kW. The depth of the furnace compartment is 80.5 cm.

Fire Battery 11

It is designed for several bookmarks of firewood even in the long-term combustion mode. The design of the extended fire chamber at 68 l has the shape of a vault. The device is suitable for rooms with a volume of up to 250 m3, characterized by a power of 16 kW. The optimal length of logs is 67 cm.
