The indoor units of the climate systems are installed at the same level, the distance between them is no more than 3 m. The rotation unit is mounted with the power off. The temperature sensor is installed at a point equidistant from the air conditioners. Contacts are connected to the corresponding terminals.

Rotation with data transmission via IR and radio channel

The rotation and backup system using the infrared channel for data transmission consists of several parts:

  • BURR rotation control unit;
  • executive block rotation LSI.

The infrared channel for data transmission does not need a wired connection. Commands from the base module are transmitted by radio channel to the executive units, which are installed one by one on the air conditioner. The complex can combine up to 15 split systems, divided into 2 or 3 groups. It is possible to combine different rotation options. The workgroup is configured through the base module.

Commands are received by executive units via a radio channel at a distance of up to 50 m. The settings are stored in non-volatile memory. The rotation system of the air conditioners can be used in the temperature range from -20 ° to + 70 ° C.

Specifications of the matching module for air conditioners

(IBS) is an integral part of the climate system. It is focused on ensuring the joint operation of two or three air conditioning devices. Functions of the matching module:

  • control of the same output of the main and backup devices;
  • automatic restart of split systems after power on;
  • measuring the temperature in the room;
  • Indication of the condition of climatic equipment;
  • emergency report;
  • System information and history of major events are recorded and stored in non-volatile RAM.

The conditioner for air conditioners is a microprocessor-based device that collects and processes data, as well as controls climate units. Technical parameters of IBS:

  • supply voltage - 220 V;
  • current consumption - 0.5 A;
  • current frequency - 50 Hz;
  • type of supply - alternating single-phase current;
  • protection class - IP40.

The module is equipped with an air temperature sensor operating in the range from -50 ° to + 125 ° C. Climatic systems are connected to the coordinator via adapters installed on the indoor unit. The switching mode is set by the timer. Depending on the model, a period of 1 hour to 10 days can be set. During the test connection of the conditioning unit, both climate systems connected to it are started. Then the backup installation is turned off, and the main one cools the server room.

Coordinators SRK-M are compatible with air conditioners of various manufacturers. Connection methods differ: Daikin - through adapters, Mitsubishi Heavy - directly to the Cn-T connector or internal module board, Mitsubishi Electric - depends on the series, can be done via dry contacts, the adapter or directly. For air conditioners of other manufacturers, it may be necessary to buy power relays that are installed in the power circuit of the indoor unit.

In industrial and semi-industrial climatic installations, control is usually done through dry contacts.
