Water Cooled Condenser

Water-cooled condensers are the best solution for creating a microclimate in large facilities with a large number of rooms. Their advantage is in reducing maintenance costs and in the possibility of installation in a building of any shape, number of storeys.

Technical features

Water conditioner is a monoblock, consisting of a cooling circuit, a control board, an air purification system, several fans that direct air flows to the serviced rooms.

  • Scroll or rotary compressor;
  • Evaporator heat meter air;
  • Condenser water heat exchanger;
  • Expansion unit.

Air conditioning system

The air conditioning system based on a water conditioner consists of the following main units:

  • The water-cooled air conditioner itself, mounted in designated areas of the premises. Air conditioners cool, warm, purify the air, mix the air from the street and bring the humidity in the room to the required level;
  • Cooling towers or air coolers. They are mounted on roofs and are needed to remove heat into the atmosphere;
  • Pipelines, pumps for pumping air, filters, expansion tanks, as well as a valve system;
  • If necessary, a boiler is introduced into the circuit for heating water in the cold season.

Antifreeze or water is used as a heat carrier.

Advantages of a water conditioner system

  • Reliability. Even if one of the water-cooled air conditioners fails, the air conditioning of the entire building will continue;
  • Slight heat loss. When cooling, the thermal circuit is filled with water at a temperature of about 40 degrees. Therefore, the pipeline practically does not produce heat. And this means that in some cases you can save on thermal insulation for the hydraulic circuit;
  • Ease of use. In different rooms, you can set different temperatures, which will be maintained with high accuracy. They are achieved due to the temperature stability in the water cooling circuit of the air conditioner condenser. The constancy of the indoor climate is guaranteed regardless of the parameters of the air outside;
  • Cost-effectiveness. In total, each of the water-cooled air conditioners does not work for so long, quickly bringing the microclimate parameters to the required ones. Therefore, less energy is consumed.
